The bill (Reg.No. 2317) suggests amendments to the Law “On Operational and Search Activity” and the Criminal Procedural Code, excluding provisions on implementation of operational and search activity by the State Customs Service.
The Committee noted that the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada in its conclusion on the bill also notes that given in the annexed draft documents arguments are not sufficiently convincing.
